About Fortivise
Fortivise is a digital consultancy specialising in systems, capability and AI advisory for established service organisations that need to modernise without breaking what already works.
We do not sell tools. We do not run generic training programmes. We work with the specific structures, constraints and people in your organisation.
Our approach
Most organisations are not struggling with a lack of technology. They are struggling with systems that were never designed to absorb it and teams that are not ready to use it consistently.
We focus on systems and capability because that is where the real risk lives. Tools are easy to buy. Sustainable adoption requires structure, readiness and an understanding of second-order consequences.
Our work is built on the principle that organisations should become stronger, not more dependent. That means building internal capability, creating resilient systems and supporting teams to use technology confidently.
"The goal is not to implement the best tools. The goal is to build organisations that know how to use them."
01
Start with assessment
Every engagement begins with a structured diagnostic. No recommendations until we understand what is actually happening.
02
Build internal capability
Support is designed so your team can operate confidently without ongoing reliance on outside specialists.
03
Work with what exists
We strengthen the systems and people already in place, reducing risk and protecting what already works.
04
Responsible AI adoption
AI adoption without governance creates risk. We integrate practical frameworks that support responsible adoption from the start.
Grounded in reality
52%
of UK employees cannot complete all 20 digital tasks defined as essential for work
21m
people in the UK workforce with capability gaps costing organisations billions annually
£23bn
potential annual uplift to the UK economy from closing the essential digital skills gap
Our approach is informed by research showing that the digital capability gap is not a future problem. It is happening now, inside organisations that believe they are already digital.
For individual organisations, addressing capability gaps creates measurable ROI through recovered productivity, reduced reliance on specialists and improved technology adoption at every level.
Leadership
Fortivise is led by Toni Martin, a systems thinker and builder with almost a decade of experience working inside service organisations, from startups through to seven-figure operations.
That experience taught her what breaks when systems scale, where organisations create hidden dependencies and why technology adoption so often fails despite good intentions.
She has designed and implemented systems across hundreds of platforms, handled thousands of support workflows and worked directly on the operational challenges that most advisors only read about.
Toni also builds and teaches. She is the founder of Vibe Coding Lab, a community teaching non-technical founders to build with AI, and The SaaS Studio, which delivers done-for-you micro SaaS builds. That dual perspective brings genuine working knowledge to every Fortivise engagement.
"I have seen what happens when organisations try to bolt AI onto broken foundations. That is what Fortivise exists to prevent."
Engagements typically begin with an assessment phase to understand capability gaps or systems constraints. From there, support may include capability building programmes, ongoing advisory or targeted interventions.
The work is designed to strengthen organisational capability and create systems that can absorb change without breaking.
01
Discovery and assessment
We start by understanding your systems, team capability and the constraints you are working within. No recommendations are made until we have a clear picture of what is actually happening.
02
Structured support
Support is shaped around what your organisation needs: capability programmes, systems work, AI governance frameworks or ongoing advisory. We do not use off-the-shelf approaches.
03
Embedded and lasting change
The goal is capability that lives in your organisation after we leave. Every engagement is designed to reduce dependency, not create it.
